Thankful be

Monday is Thanksgiving in Canada. Monday is just Monday in Switzerland.

Sunday I will be doing my first Thanksgiving dinner ever! For three.

Tomorrow the husband arrives home from Malaysia and my dad arrives from Newfoundland. They both start traveling today. Got to love time differences.

I have a lot to be excited about in the last year and so much to be thankful for this year.

I am thankful we survived this move.

I am thankful we survived each other during this move.

I am thankful for the birth of our niece, our godson, and our dear friends daughter yesterday afternoon.

I am thankful we'll have one member of our family here for Thanksgiving.

I am thankful my mom has filled my dads suitcase with stuff from home.

I am so thankful for the fact that our friends who said they would stay in touch have actually stayed in touch.

I am thankful for the adventure this has been and for what this has done for our relationship.

I am thankful for the fact that I have limited kitchen stuff that is forcing me to be more creative.

I am thankful I'm being forced to be more self sufficient and self reliant.

I am thankful no one has died in the process building our ikea home furnishings.

I am thankful for the friends who were so happy but so sad.

I am thankful for the family members that stepped up and said they wanted to do what they could.

I am thankful my Oma has made her stroke her bitch and is living every moment the best way she knows how by keeping busy.

I am thankful I was forced to go to German Immersion school.

I am thankful for the lessons in humility I've learned.

I am thankful for John's bad day in February.

I am thankful we're learning to let the little things go.

I am thankful for webcams and skype.

I am thankful we are where we're suppose to be.
